The Lynchburg Living Arts Project

Founded in 2007, our mission is to provide support and resources to living and working Artists here in Lynchburg, Virginia. With Federal Funding completely gone, and Art Classes being removed from schools, it is time to take matters into our own hands, by bringing art back into the community. Artists not only live among us, but work among us, some pass by unnoticed for years, some are fantastic exhibitionists! It is up to you to envision a cultural future for Lynchburg. Where all artists are nurtured, and future generations inspired.

The LLAP has partnered with The Studio Gallery who is currently sponsoring two artists, W.T. "Willie" Shouse, and Donald Baldizon. Here are prime examples of two people who must create. Life and Art cannot be seperated. LLAP will continue to support Willie and Donald through direct financial contributions to their material costs and exhibiting fees.

By supporting The Studio Gallery & The Lynchburg Living Arts Project, we can continue to help these artists buy the materials they need and have a place to have their voices heard.

We love Lynchburg and all of her hidden talent!
